September Book Haul

Hey Readers!!

I’m one those people who will go to a bookstore, pick up a book, put that said book into my cart, and then put the book back a few minutes later. There are months where I buy to many books and there are months where I don’t buy anything. Now that we are almost done with September, I thought that I would share the books that I have bought this month.

The first set of of books that I have bought this month was the Mistborn Series by Brandon Sanderson (the 10th anniversary editions). I fell in love with these editions when I first saw them and I knew that I had to have them. I have been seeing these editions all over instagram and this is the first series that I have tried by him. I fell in love with this series when I started it. I read Mistborn in just under a month (witch is fast for me). This series will not be the last that I will read from Brandon Sanderson.

Speaking of Brandon Sanderson, the next book that I bought was Skyward. I have heard so many good things about this book and I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I plan on reading this book in October or November, so that I can read the sequel right as it comes out.

The next couple of books that I bought is The Shadow & Bone Series by Leigh Bardugo. I have been wanting to read one of her books for a long time. There has been a lot of buzz around her other books and I wanted to start from the beginning. I thought that these covers were beautiful and that they would look nice on my shelves.

The next series that I bought was The Shades of Magic trilogy by V.E. Schwab. I have heard how much everyone loves this series and this author. Everyone has been recommending this series to me and they have been telling me that I will like them. I have been a little hesitant about picking up her books, but I have been participating in a readathon in the month of September where people read some of her books. I finally decided that it was a right time to start this series.

To be honest, this book was a complete cover buy. I have heard a lot about this author and I wanted to give him a try. I have heard many good things about this author and I saw this book at a used book store, so I thought that I would pick it up. I don’t know much about this book, but I’m hoping that it is good.

The last book that I have bought this month was The Stand by Stephen King. Anyone who knows me in real life can tell you that Stephen King is one of my favorite authors. I have read this book before when I had the mass market paperback, so I decided that I would buy this edition and read this one. I have wanted to watch the movie and I don’t remember a lot of the details in this book. This is going to be a reread for me sometime soon.

Theses are all of the books that I have bought for the month of September. I would to hear what books you guys bought in the month of September and if you guys have read any of them.
